Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies only to retail sales made by Küat through its website for shipment directly to purchasing consumers located in the USA and Canada. Shipping terms for wholesale buyers and other sales are set forth in the Küat Retailer Agreement, Distribution Agreement, or other applicable agreement.

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. For in-stock items, expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! If you haven’t received an email confirming your order within 24 hours, please contact Küat customer service at 1-877-822-5828.

LOCAL PICKUP: Our products are available in many local shops across the USA and Canada. Check out our store locator if you’d prefer to find a local shop with our products.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We offer free shipping for orders of full-price finished products and accessories (not parts) over $50 for delivery in the contiguous 48 states.

INTERNATIONAL CONSUMERS:  We do not sell or ship products to retail consumers outside the USA and Canada. Please find a local shop that carries our products in your country.
